Our favorite part of this recipe is Tieghan’s ā€˜Dorito Seasoning’ - not sure how she did it, but she cracked the recipe on this one!! 🌮 Here are our subs:

TIK TOK MADE US DO IT! We gave the latest Tik Tok trend a try and honestly it was OK. Just ok! 😐We prefer our pasta to be tomato šŸ… forward and this dish was creamy and extremely decadent. šŸ«• We managed to salvage the dish with some Impossible meatballs and it turned out to be a great weeknight meal!šŸ

CHICKEN SOUP FOR THE SOUL! Technically, Creamy Chicken & Wild Rice Soup w/ Roasted Mushrooms made in the INSTANT POT! The key to this dish is nailing the roasted mushrooms šŸ„! We used Cremini Mushrooms because of their intense earthy and meaty flavor. Mix with some butter, rosemary, lemon, salt, pepper and garlic and roast in the over for 25-30 minutes at 425 degrees! Getting this right will elevate a classic, winter staple! 🤤 šŸ²
BOXED BROWNIES!!! Sometimes you just need to treat yourself for making it to #humpday! We love having a few boxes of brownie mix on hand to quickly cater to our sweet tooth. Sneaking in some walnuts or almonds makes it a tad bit healthy, right? šŸ™ƒšŸ«šŸ„œ
